The Founder

Second-generation lawyer. Combining traditional legal experience with preventive strategy and commercial judgment.

A Different Way of Thinking About Legal Practice

I have been practising law in Cyprus since 2007.

I am also a second-generation lawyer.

I grew up professionally within an established legal practice, surrounded not only by legal files and court proceedings, but by clients, businesses, transactions, negotiations and disputes developing over many years.

That experience shaped the way I think about legal work.

Over time, one thing became increasingly clear to me:

Most serious legal problems do not begin when a dispute starts.

They begin much earlier.

They begin when agreements are inadequately structured, expectations are left undocumented, due diligence is incomplete, responsibilities are unclear, risks are not identified early enough, or commercial decisions are made without considering what happens if the relationship later fails.

That understanding became one of the foundations of THINK JUSTICE.

Why THINK JUSTICE

I do not believe that the lawyer’s role should be limited to explaining what the law says after a problem has already occurred.

Understanding

Legal advice should understand what the client is trying to achieve.

Consideration

Legal advice should consider the commercial reality surrounding the legal issue.

Relationships

Legal advice should structure relationships and transactions properly.

Prevention

And where possible, legal advice should prevent avoidable disputes before they arise.

PREVENT → NEGOTIATE → SETTLE → LITIGATE

Prevention comes first.
When a problem arises, negotiation should be intelligent and strategic.
Where settlement protects the client’s position and preserves value, it should be seriously considered.
And where litigation becomes necessary, it should be approached deliberately, prepared properly and pursued decisively.

Heritage + Evolution

THINK JUSTICE represents both continuity and evolution.

I carry forward the values I learned through traditional legal practice: professional responsibility, personal attention, independence, long-term relationships and the importance of understanding the client rather than merely the individual file.

At the same time, I believe the way professional services are delivered must continue to evolve.

That means combining legal knowledge with commercial thinking, structured processes, technology, standardisation and the intelligent use of artificial intelligence. Technology should not replace professional judgment, it should allow professionals to spend more time exercising it.

My objective with THINK JUSTICE is therefore not simply to provide legal services. t is to create a more preventive, structured and commercially intelligent way of helping clients make decisions, manage risk and solve problems.

The Foundation

My professional background is rooted in a family legal tradition.

Being a second-generation lawyer gave me the opportunity to observe from an early stage something that cannot be learned entirely from textbooks: legal practice is ultimately built on responsibility, trust, judgment and reputation.

Those principles remain fundamental to the way I work today.

THINK JUSTICE is not intended simply to reproduce the traditional model of legal practice. It takes the values worth preserving from that model and combines them with a different approach to risk, commercial decision-making, systems and technology.
